Our current lifestyles tend to land us in a similar position all day long, throughout our day—hunched over our desks, staring at a computer screen. 

While we realize and note the stress we feel over deadlines, rarely do we stop to think about the havoc stress is having on us physically. Kim Yerman brings vast knowledge and understanding of the effects stress has on the body, and promotes ways to manage that stress in order to reduce long-term effects. Diving into things like cervical spine care and facial restriction, Kim will enlighten us on ways to remove that tension and keep it from building over time, all while sitting at your desk.
